Professor Andy Hopper CBE is considered one of the foremost leaders in the technology industry having co-founded twelve successful companies that include Acorn Computers Ltd., acquired by Olivetti; Adaptive Broadband Ltd., acquired by California Microwave, Inc.; Cambridge Broadband Ltd.; Virata, now part of Conexant; Level 5 Networks; and Ubisense Ltd. He is a Fellow of Corpus Christi College, and a Trustee for the Institution of Electrical Engineers and Fraser Research. Professor Hopper is currently head of the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory where he earned his PhD in 1978. |

Richard Green has over twenty years of experience in the software industry. Prior to Ubisense, he was General Manager of the Telecommunications Division of GE Network Solutions which he grew from $5m - $42m revenue in 18 months and concluded acquisition of several overseas technology companies. He was a founder of Smallworld which listed on Nasdaq in 1996 and was acquired in a trade sale by GE in 2000. Richard is a Chartered Engineer, and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Cambridge University's Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning. |

Martin Cartwright has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and prior to Ubisense he was CFO of GE Network Solutions and NASDAQ listed Smallworld, who GE acquired in 2000. Before Smallworld he was European CFO of NYSE listed Cadence Design Systems. |
David Gammon, Director |

David Gammon lends to Ubisense more than 20 years of experience in the field of investment. His knowledge has been gained from having been a company analyst, fund manager, stockbroker and senior manager/director in a number of investment banks. More recently David played a major role in the creation and development of Library House, a research and data services company, to help investors connect with innovative businesses across Europe. |
Dick Newell, Director

Dick Newell was, from 1973-1976, the original project manager of PDMS, the core product of Aveva (now listed on the London Stock Exchange). Subsequently, he was a founder and chairman of two successful UK-based start-ups: Cambridge Interactive Systems, which was sold to ComputerVision in 1983, and Smallworld, listed on NASDAQ in 1996 and then sold to GE in 2000. |

Dr. Robert Sansom has extensive experience in the data communications industry. Dr. Sansom is responsible for co-founding FORE Systems, acquired by Marconi for $4.5 billion. An active angel investor and mentor to start-up businesses, he co-founded and currently serves as chairman of Cambridge Angels. Dr. Sansom earned his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University. |
Peter Harverson, Director |

Peter Harverson most recently held a number of senior executive roles at Sun Microsystems, including director of services, Europe. He also held senior roles at Cadence Design Systems, Intel Corporation and Texas Instruments. He is a Senior Industrial Fellow at De Montfort University, England.
