Ubisense can play a key role to improve this. Ubisense's technology allows uses to record audio and image data with minimum effort because Ubisense knows the context in which a device was used. It can annotate data with the context in which it was created, automatically building a knowledge base that can be queried by context.

Find and Contact Colleagues Easily
By giving people tags, we can help them to communicate with each other.

Ubisense can locate everybody so you can find your colleagues instantly. If they are in a meeting or busy with somebody else you can be notified as soon as they leave the meeting using your tag's bleeper. This means that you can contact people without interrupting them. There is no need to be in the same building, or even the same country as your colleagues.

By integrating Ubisense with your communications systems to give location and context awareness, you can grab a one minute chat with a colleague in between two meetings without playing telephone tag and without interrupting them when they are busy.
