Real-time location systems typically operate in changing physical environments, where customers are continually extending the requirements placed on the system. The development environment is very open and the APIs enable access at various levels of the system. At the same time, Ubisense is constantly extending and improving the capabilities of the platform, providing new releases of the software.
All these factors make it important for customers to contract for software support and maintenance to ensure continuing smooth operation of the system and to address any queries which may arise. We provide e-mail contact with our support team and additionally telephone support in the America's and European time zones. If required and enabled by the customer, our support team can access the customer installation via an internet tunnel to help in diagnosing problems.
We have set up an on-line community research to facilitate and channel innovation and recommendations for future capabilities as well as disseminating new information.
