The Ubisense professional services team undertakes location technology consulting, knowledge transfer, support, project management, implementation, integration and system management engagements in two broad areas:

We have built a team of over 50 IT professionals located on two continents with a wide range of skills to provide these services. The service organisation has a track record of success in some of the largest most innovative location technology projects carried out in the diverse set of markets in which we operate. We provide on-site consultancy, on-site implementation teams, bespoke development, on-site and in-house training courses, web-based seminars and workshops. Many members of the Ubisense team have obtained the Six Sigma green belt qualification and we have developed a range of tools to improve and monitor the quality of IT projects.

The Ubisense RTLS service activities are focussed on transferring knowledge about the system to partners and customers as well as installation, configuration and calibration of the equipment. We perform site surveys to determine the best sensor set-up based on the environmental parameters prevalent at the customer site. We carry out software support and maintenance and have a hot-line to help in trouble-shooting problems as well as offering extended hardware warranty.
