• Interactive 3D model of your plant gives context to the displays you see of your plant operations in real-time.
• 3D analysis that allows you to place 3D spaces throughout your plant and generates process events when tags enter and exit spaces.  Events can be when a product enters a test cell or paint area, when it is waiting in a buffer or overflow area or when something has not moved in a user defined period of time.
• All data captured by the system is recorded into standard relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.  This data can then be analyzed and the data gathered incorporated into Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma analysis or played back to replicate events that have occurred in your plant.
